Kacey Musgraves and Mark Ronson joined forces with Troye Sivan for a reworked version of his song “Easy.” The track is featured in Sivan’s latest EP In A Dream.
Troye Sivan hinted at the collaboration last month, teasing that he was potentially working with two of his “fave artists of all time.” Just a week ago, Sivan shared black-screened photos with Ronson and Musgraves’ names in bright pink-orange font. However, no further teases were revealed.
Accompanying the new version comes a brand new music video following Sivan and Musgraves’ adventures in the Tennessee night life.
Hair seems to play a significant role. Sivan rocks a mullet, and Musgraves dyes her own hair in a motel bathroom. The two make their way to a bar where there’s square dancing and karaoke. Then, we see the two cruising around town in a pickup truck as they make their way to an adult toy box store.
The Australian singer-songwriter expressed his love for the dazzling visual. “Fave video ever,” he wrote on social media.
