Join KGSR for our annual SXSW Live Broadcast Presented by Polycom March 13th thru March 16th as we return to our new headquarters at the stylish, luxurious W Austin. For a $5 donation to the Make-A-Wish Central & South Texas, you’ll enjoy 4-hours of exclusive, live interviews and performances from featured SXSW artists, and the first 300 guests through the door each morning will receive a complimentary breakfast treat!
The broadcast, hosted by KGSR’s Andy Langer, Kristen Kurtis and Kelly Jordan, will take place in the Great Room located on the second floor of the W Austin. We’ll be live 6am to10am Wednesday thru Friday, and 8am to noon on Saturday.
 We welcome back all who have made this event a morning staple in their SXSW routine, and extend an open invitation to those who have yet to partake in this unique music experience.
In addition to all of the exceptional music and entertainment you’ve come to expect from KGSR’s SXSW Broadcast, there will also be plenty opportunities to win prizes from the the W Austin properties AWAY SPA and TRACE. We’ll also have specials from Captain Morgan for our 21 and over patrons.
To enter the broadcast, take the stairs at the corner of 2nd and Lavaca that lead up to the ACL Live at Moody Theater. Then head left towards The W Austin. There are several paid parking options, including valet at the hotel, the City Hall garage at 2nd and Caesar Chavez, and the Amli located across the street from the W Austin. Entry is not guaranteed so make sure to arrive early.
For those who can’t make it, you can still watch all of the performances streamed live at kgsr.com by Polycom. Or search “TuneIn” from your smartphone’s app store, download the KGSR app, and listen to the broadcast though your mobile device.

After 4 days, 30+ bands, and an insurmountable amount of coffee, we've offcially wrapped our SXSW broadcasts. Thanks to the fine folks at Polycom for broadcasting live on KGSR.com, the Make a Wish Foundation of Central and South Texas, TreeHouse, ABC Home & Commercial Services, TuneIn, and Ernie Hatton Real Estate.
