Got any live music fans on your holiday shopping list this year? You might be able to get them the best gift ever: ATX Brands CEO Doug Guller has announced today that he's stepping out of the music industry to focus on his restauarants and will be using eBay this week to sell off his last venue, The Parish.

The highest bidder will assume the venue's 12-year lease, and will also get to keep the in-house lighting and sound gear that's been used to produce shows from countless artists inlcuding Leon Bridges, Thom Yorke, Alt-J, ZZ Ward, Shakey Graves, Portugal. The Man, and Spoon, just to name a few. Bidding starts at a mere $1 but the undisclosed reserve price amount is sure to be a bit higher, Billboard reports. Guller recently sold another Austin mainstay venue, The Scoot Inn, to C3 Presents, the concert booking/promoting group behind ACL Fest, and used eBay earlier this year to sell off Goliad, Texas' Schroeder Hall, which went to a local for a grand total of $499,700.

The auction will start tomorrow and continue for 10 days. Happy bidding!
