Mumford & Sons have cancelled some of their Summer Stampede Tour dates because bassist Ted Dwane is recovering from emergency brain surgery. On Tuesday he had to be rushed to the hospital because of a blood clot on his brain.

The good news is that Ted has been released from the hospital and is doing well. The bad news is that Mumford & Sons won't be headlining at Bonnaroo this weekend.

However, Rolling Stone has announced that Jack Johnson has been slated to take their place. Word on the street is that Mumford & Sons may be able to still make it to Glastonbury and Lollapalooza at the end of the summer.
