Last Unplugged at the Grove 2013 Show Thursday: The Jones Family Singers
Landry Taylor

After 24 consecutive weeks of Austin's longest running free concert series, the 20th Anniversary of KGSR's Unplugged at the Grove season is coming to an end tomorrow night!

Every Thursday since April, Austinites have gathered at Shady Grove on Lamar to enjoy some of Austin's favorite local favorites from Bob Schneider, Ruby Jane, Alpha Rev, Shakey Graves and many, many more. We're wrapping this season up with Bay City gospel group, the Jones Family Singers.

The group is made up of a father, his five daughters, two sons and grandson, and they aren't strangers to the Austin music scene by any means. They have huge festivals such as ACL and SXSW under their belts, where they have delivered religious experiences (quite literally) to those in attendance while playing their soulful gospel music.

Witness this talented family while enjoying $3 Ziegenbock Drafts, great food, and beautiful weather to celebrate 20 years of free live music!

Here's a video of their performance during SXSW a few years back.

Here are some photos from Unplugged at the Grove shows over the last few months!
