Listen to Matt Nathanson's brand new album!
Shawn Hallman

Matt Nathanson, known mostly for his hit song "Come on Get Higher", has released his new album Last of the Great Pretenders, which can now be streamed in its entirety through YouTube. The album touches on many genres from the upbeat danceable "Kinks Shirt", to the melancholy-yet-energetic "Earthquake Weather", to the anathematic violin-accompanied "Heart Starts", all the way to the slow-paced "Sunday New York Times", yet the songs all connect to form one distinct sound, a sound inspired by the hills of San Francisco, Last of the Great Pretenders is Nathanson’s 8th studio album and was awarded USA Today’s Album of the Week following its release.
