What do you do after you release an album called Songs of Innocence? You probably release a follow up album called, Songs of Experience (because, you know, literature). U2 will reportedly release their forthcoming album Songs of Experience on December 1st, which is also World AIDS Day.

The band announced earlier this year that they were pushing back the release date because they were going back to the studio to re-do the album and respond to Donald Trump's presidency. The band said in a statement, “Hold on a second — we’ve got to give ourselves a moment to think about this record and about how it relates to what’s going on in the world.”
