Happy Bastille Day!

July 14th, the French National Day, is often considered to be France’s Independence Day.

Ready for a brief history lesson? Bastille Day commemorates when crowds of people stormed the Bastille, a prison fortress in Paris. It ended the days of monarchy with the modern republic, marking the starting point of the French Revolution.

Sounds fun, right?

Well, we prefer to celebrate Bastille, the British band led by vocal powerhouse Dan Smith.

Bastille exploded onto the music scene with "Pompeii" and "Bad Blood", but we also love them for their cheeky covers. Check them out here, and watch one of our favorites below.

Don't miss them at Cedar Park Center this November. Liberty, equality, and …. Brit bands!
