Bowie returns from musical hibernation (his last single was released in 2003) to tease us with the new track, a glimpse of his 30th studio album, &lt;em&gt;The New Day&lt;/em&gt;, out this March. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What's even better about Bowie's birthday present to the music world is the music video shot in Berlin. In the video, Bowie travels through the streets of Berlin to his favorite places of the past.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
